The purchase and use of HYVE Ether OS is currently limited to the United States. To avoid export-control issues, we have decided to make this — and many of our other Vibe Software Solutions products — available for American purchase only. If you are outside the United States and can prove a valid need for the program with documentation, you may request an exception. Vibe Software Solutions reserves the ultimate right to grant, deny, or revoke access to anyone, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
1. Why this policy exists
HYVE Ether OS ships local AI models and security tooling. Software of this kind can be subject to U.S. export-control law (including the EAR and OFAC sanctions programs). As a small, U.S.-based company, we have chosen the clearest, most defensible posture available to us: sell to U.S. customers only for now. This is intentionally more restrictive than the law may strictly require.
2. What “U.S. only” means
Purchases are limited to customers located in the United States, purchasing for use in the United States. At checkout you certify that you are a U.S. resident. We also apply location checks and may decline or reverse any order that does not meet these conditions.
3. Other products
This policy applies to HYVE Ether OS and to many other Vibe Software Solutions products. Where a product is U.S.-only, that will be stated at its point of sale.
4. Requesting an exception
If you are outside the United States and believe you have a valid, lawful need for the software, you may request an exception by emailing majixx@vibesoftwaresolutions.com with documentation supporting your need. We review requests case by case. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
5. Our discretion to deny or revoke
Vibe Software Solutions reserves the ultimate right to grant, deny, or revoke access to any person or entity, for any reason, at our sole discretion. This includes revoking a previously granted license. Where access is revoked for eligibility or compliance reasons, our standard no-refund terms continue to apply.
6. Waitlist
Non-U.S. visitors can join our waitlist and we will reach out if and when we open additional markets. We never sell your data; we use it only to contact you about HYVE Ether OS and Vibe Software Solutions.
